This version of the spatula is a little larger. The handle is bigger, as is the thickness and width of the stirring part of the utensil. Beefy, it feels good in the hand while mixing stiff batters.
Protection: 2 layers of Tung Oil are applied to protect the utensil. Tung Oil is a 100% natural and VOC-Free wood finish.
