Description

This is named after a neighbor for whom I made a replica of his beloved spatula. It’s somewhere between a light stirrer and a turner/flipper.

When you don’t need a giant flipper or stirrer, this is the “something” big enough to get the job done. This is a well-balanced flipper and feels great in the hand. It is perfect for making and serving sautéed anything.

Protection: 2 layers of Tung Oil is applied to protect the utensil. Tung Oil is a 100% natural and VOC-Free wood finish.
